Here is the system and the key points I will use when selling your home:

  1. Pricing

    • Prepare and review a comparative market analysis in order to establish fair market value of your home taking todays market into consideration with your needs
    • Process the signed listing contract for the Real Estate Board and MLS
    • Compile property information necessary to sell your home: taxes, heating costs, survey etc.
  2. Presentation

    • Discuss staging to see if this is the best option for you
    • Implement staging and de cluttering! You’re getting ready for a move so start packing!
    • Remove as many personal photographs and paraphilia as possible so others can envision themselves at home here
    • Place ‘For Sale’ sign on the property, install lockbox, have pictures and measurements taken
    • Complete video taping for video tour if relevant for target audiences
    • Prepare ‘Just Listed’ booklets for drop off and/or email to all agents and place in bank mortgage areas
  3. Placement

    • Upload your home information onto several online media, including Realtor.ca, HanlonRealty.ca, AmandaLeeHomes.com & .ca, Newfoundlandhome.com & .ca, Kijiji, Newfoundland Classifieds, and social media including Facebook and Twitter
    • Highlight your home to our REALTORS® and arrange for an office and/or industry tour
    • Review the feedback from our office tour with you
    • Advertise listing in local and national publications (ie: Internet Ad Placements, Real Estate Book, Buy & Sell, Newspapers, Radio)
    • Arrange showings for all salespeople and update you with any comments
    • Host Open Houses as required or desired
    • Review marketing activities regularly and discuss results & strategies
