Here is the system and the key points I will use when selling your home:
- Prepare and review a comparative market analysis in order to establish fair market value of your home taking todays market into consideration with your needs
- Process the signed listing contract for the Real Estate Board and MLS
- Compile property information necessary to sell your home: taxes, heating costs, survey etc.
- Discuss staging to see if this is the best option for you
- Implement staging and de cluttering! You’re getting ready for a move so start packing!
- Remove as many personal photographs and paraphilia as possible so others can envision themselves at home here
- Place ‘For Sale’ sign on the property, install lockbox, have pictures and measurements taken
- Complete video taping for video tour if relevant for target audiences
- Prepare ‘Just Listed’ booklets for drop off and/or email to all agents and place in bank mortgage areas
- Upload your home information onto several online media, including Realtor.ca, HanlonRealty.ca, AmandaLeeHomes.com & .ca, Newfoundlandhome.com & .ca, Kijiji, Newfoundland Classifieds, and social media including Facebook and Twitter
- Highlight your home to our REALTORS® and arrange for an office and/or industry tour
- Review the feedback from our office tour with you

- Arrange showings for all salespeople and update you with any comments
